EA Nexus ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, iOS web app, and Android app, and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (hashed), and the role you sign up under (client or mentor).
- Activation data: mentor code and license key you enter to activate the app.
- Payment data: processed by Yoco. We store the email used at checkout, the amount and the Yoco checkout reference — we never see or store full card details.
- Trading credentials: if you connect MT4/MT5 credentials, they are encrypted at rest and only decrypted server-side to execute requested actions.
- Usage data: basic logs (IP, device, pages viewed) used to keep the service secure and reliable.
2. How we use your data
- To create and operate your account and license activation.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To deliver trade signals, notifications and product updates.
- To respond to support requests.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with processors that help us run EA Nexus — for example our hosting provider, our database provider, and Yoco for payments. Each processor handles data under their own privacy terms.
4. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can also delete your account from inside the app.
5. Risk & financial disclosure
EA Nexus is a trading automation tool, not financial advice. Trading forex with Expert Advisors involves substantial risk of loss. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
